YZRW motor series: working principle and outline introduction | | |
|
1.YZRW series eddycurrent brake wound rotor threephase asynchronous motors for hoisting and metallurgy are composed by YZR series motors and the eddypcurrent brake installed on the auxiliary shaft extension. The motors integrate driving and speed regulation: they have the advantages of stable low speed regulation, without getting out of control and reliable operation. |
2. The eddy-current brake motors can normally operate under the following ambient conditions: (1) The cooling medium temprature shall not exceed 60℃ (motors with H class insulation ) or 40℃ (motors with F class insulation); (2) The elevation shall not exceed 1000m; (3) Frequent obvious mechanical vibration and shock. |
3. Eddycurrent brake motors are derivatives in humid tropics climatic environment, and the winding and surface cover layer are conducted with special dipping and treatment. Besides complying with subclause (2), they shall be normally operated under the following environment conditions. (1) At 25℃, the monthly average maximum relative humidity in the most humid month is 90%; (2) The lowest ambient air humidity -15℃; (3) Frequent starting and braking. 4. The corresponding relationship of rated power, rotor rotary inertia Jm1, rotor winding open-circuit voltage, rated brake torque and limit brake torque of eddy-current brake, rotary inertia of armature Jm2 and seat No. of eddy-current brake motor in standard working system shall comply with the following table.
